1. Summary
Tennis Analysis Assistant does not create user accounts and does not operate a service that receives your training videos, analysis results, or personal information. The app does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs.
Your videos and the results generated from them are processed and stored locally on your iPhone or iPad, except when you choose to save a copy to Photos or share a copy using the iOS share sheet.
2. Information handled on your device
To provide its core features, the app may handle the following information locally on your device:
- Videos you choose or record. This includes video frames and any court audio contained in the video.
- Analysis results. The app derives information such as detected shots, rallies, estimated shot type, ball paths when verified, timestamps, training statistics, favorites, and exported highlight videos.
- App preferences. This includes settings such as language, appearance, and your preferred analysis quality.
- Subscription entitlement status. StoreKit provides verified transaction information so the app can determine whether Pro features are active.
This information is used only to run the app on your device. Tennis Analysis Assistant does not transmit it to Xinbeitime or to an analytics, advertising, or data-broker service.
3. Permissions
Camera
The camera is used only when you choose to record a tennis session in the app.
Microphone
The microphone is used only while you choose to record, to preserve court audio. When a video contains audio, the app may analyze audio timing locally to help identify shot moments.
Photos and Files
You can select a tennis video from Photos or Files for analysis. The app uses the video you select. If you choose to save an exported highlight, the app requests permission to add that video to your Photos library.
You can decline or change permissions at any time in iOS Settings. A denied permission affects only the feature that needs it; it does not enable unrelated collection.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases, renewals, restoration, and cancellation of Tennis Analysis Assistant Pro are handled by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The app reads verified product identifiers, entitlement status, expiration dates, and revocation status locally to provide Pro access.
Xinbeitime does not receive or store your payment card details, Apple Account credentials, or a complete payment record. For Apple’s handling of purchase information, review Apple’s applicable privacy information and terms.
5. Saving and sharing
When you save a highlight to Photos, iOS stores a copy in your Photos library. When you use the iOS share sheet, you choose the destination and recipient. A receiving app, service, or recipient may handle that copy under its own terms and privacy policy. Tennis Analysis Assistant does not control those third parties.
6. Retention and deletion
Session videos, thumbnails, derived analysis, favorites, and exported highlights remain on your device until you delete them in the app or remove the app and its local data. You can delete a training session and its related analysis in the app. You can also delete exported highlights in the app.
Copies you have already saved to Photos, Files, or shared elsewhere are controlled by the service or location where you placed them and must be deleted there separately. Because Xinbeitime does not receive or retain your session data on a server, there is no remote account or cloud record for us to delete.
7. Children
Tennis Analysis Assistant is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are responsible for a child using the app, please supervise the selection, recording, saving, and sharing of videos.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a future version of the app changes how data is handled, the App Store privacy information and this policy will be updated to reflect that change.
