1. Acceptance of these terms
Tennis Analysis Assistant is provided by Xinbeitime (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
If you use the app on behalf of a minor, organization, team, or another person, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms and to record, import, and share the relevant content.
2. The app
Tennis Analysis Assistant helps users review practice footage by identifying likely shots and rallies, presenting training indicators, and creating highlight videos. Analysis is performed on the user’s device.
The app is intended for personal tennis review. It is not an officiating system, line-calling system, speed-measurement tool, medical device, injury-assessment tool, coaching certification, or substitute for professional instruction. Detection and statistics are estimates and can be incomplete or inaccurate, especially when footage is obstructed, unstable, poorly lit, non-standard, or outside the recommended fixed-baseline setup.
3. Your videos and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the videos and other content you select, record, analyze, export, or share through the app. We do not claim ownership of that content and do not receive it on a Xinbeitime server.
You are responsible for having all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to record, import, process, save, and share your videos. This includes obtaining permission from people who appear in a recording and respecting venue rules, privacy rights, copyright, and other applicable laws.
You may not use the app in a way that violates applicable law, infringes another person’s rights, interferes with the app’s operation, or attempts to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the app except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
4. Tennis Analysis Assistant Pro subscriptions
Some highlight-creation features require an optional Tennis Analysis Assistant Pro auto-renewable subscription. The app may offer a monthly subscription (one month) and an annual subscription (one year). The exact price, currency, taxes, available plans, and billing period for your storefront are displayed by Apple before you confirm a purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or through the App Store account controls. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You can restore a prior purchase from the app when Apple makes that entitlement available.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests, where available, are handled according to Apple’s policies. We do not set a different price on this website and do not collect payment details directly.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the app, comply with law, or address technical issues. A future app update may require a supported version of iOS or iPadOS. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available in every region, language, device, video format, or App Store storefront.
6. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that analysis results will be complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular sporting, coaching, health, safety, legal, or commercial purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xinbeitime will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the app. This limitation does not apply where applicable law does not permit it.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the app after the revised terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
